4. Pricing & Quotations

• Prices are quoted based on FOB (Free On Board) unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices are subject to change due to market conditions, availability, or regulatory requirements.
• Quotations are valid for a limited period as mentioned in the quotation or PI.

5. Orders & Acceptance

• All orders are subject to written confirmation by Saroint International.
• An order is considered confirmed only after receipt of agreed advance payment or issuance of a valid Letter of Credit (LC).
• We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.

6. Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods:

• Telegraphic Transfer (TT) / Wire Transfer
• Letter of Credit (LC) – Confirmed & Irrevocable

Payment terms will be clearly mentioned in the Proforma Invoice or contract.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping terms: FOB – Incoterms® 2020 unless otherwise agreed.
• Delivery schedules are estimates and may vary due to logistics, port conditions, or force majeure events.
• Risk transfers to the buyer once goods are loaded on board the vessel.

8. Quality & Inspection

• Products are supplied as per agreed specifications mentioned in the PI or contract.
• Pre-shipment inspection can be arranged upon buyer request at buyer’s cost.
• Claims related to quality must be reported in writing within the agreed time frame after receipt of goods.

9. Compliance & Certifications

• Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance with import regulations of their destination country.
• We provide standard export documentation and certifications as agreed in the contract.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Saroint International shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the goods supplied under the relevant contract.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters
• War, strikes, or riots
• Government regulations
• Port congestion or shipping disruptions

12. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the intellectual property of Saroint International and may not be used without written permission.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
